The Well is a building.
Description
The Well is a Building you can place in the game. It produces 
Water you have to move to nearby Buildings. Unlike other buildings it does not automatically eject items to conveyor belts. You have multiple options to get items out of a well:

How to build
- Open the Build Menu (B)
- Select "Building" (D)
- Select "Well"
- Find a flat 1x1 area
- Left click to build
